Terms & Delivery

First Order: The 10% off on your first order coupon is valid from the 01-01-22 . This offer can not be used in conjunction with another promotion.

Trade Only: This is a trade to trade site only not for retail and we may ask you for 3 references from other trades we do check all new customers before we send your order. So the more info you give us the better E.G links to your online shop/where you sell.

Delivery: Your goods will be dispatched within the next working day of purchase. For European orders delivery time is usually between 2-3 working days. but in some parts of the E.U There is delays with paper work See examples of shipping information below. All goods are checked before being dispatched.

Shipping Date: With some items when we have the stock in our Delhi warehouse we add to our website and clearly display in the description, the date it will be shipped from the UK. In some rare cases the shipment is delayed. Please be clear to read all product descriptions in full before purchasing items to avoid confusion on expected date of delivery. On orders that inc items that are in stock here in the UK  the full order will be sent together please call us if you need more info  

Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us of this immediately via the telephone or via email. We will confirm the cancellation with you in writing and refund the payment for the order. If you cancel your order after it had already been dispatched, but it is still on the way to its destination, we will contact the courier and stop the delivery, however we will deduct the carriage charge from the overall refund for the cancelled order. If you wish to cancel the full order or any part of an order after you have already received it, you have the right to do so within 7 days of the delivery date of the order. In such case, please contact us so that we can provide you with a Returns Form to fill in and include in the return. Please note, we will not reimburse the return postage charge or the initial delivery charge. We will request that you return the goods at your own cost. If you wish to use our collection service, we will charge an additional return fee based on the courier service required to get the parcel/pallet returned. This will be confirmed with you prior to arranging the collection. Once the order is returned, we will refund your original method of payment less any postage charges incurred. The goods should be unopened and in their original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns on customized goods.

VAT – Customers outside the UK: For customers who are ordering from outside the UK it is important that you enter your -EORI number on your order. please check your import tax as to the delivery address.

EU Orders / Orders Outside Of The UK (Customs Clearance Update):  Once the goods reach your country with our courier the customer is responsible for paying the import taxes and duty at customs to release the goods locally. This is applicable to all orders outside the UK due to new regulations after leaving the EU. The customer is liable for the cost of returned goods and is not able to claim a refund if they do not arrange to collect the goods from customs in countries outside of the United Kingdom. 

Pre-Order Items / Coming Soon Items:
In the case you order ‘Pre-Order’ and ‘Coming Soon’ items there may be some delay in shipping your order whilst we wait for the goods in transit; usually this is within 7-14 days. We will do this to avoid either party having to pay 2 lots of shipping for the order. The items in these categories clearly display the arrival date on each listing. If you’d like to ship some of your goods earlier please contact us and we can arrange this for you for an extra shipping charge.

Due to large orders and high demand of certain products some of our stock can go quickly. If there is anything you require that is out of stock please contact us with your order and we can arrange for it to be included in our next shipment from our Delhi warehouse. We offer discounts on larger orders For bulk and large orders please contact us for more information and one of our team will be happy to assist you with any queries you may have.

Out of stock items: We do our best to keep the web site up-to-date with stock levels but sometimes we have orders that clash and the stock level will not be correct for short periods of time. If this happens we will always email you and you can add an item or make a back order. When we have new items arriving they will be placed into coming soon and then in new arrivals when they come.

Returns & Credit: The report of faulty goods should be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. if the goods are returned and no fault is found there is a chagre for re stocking  No goods will be exchanged or credited after 14 days. We do not offer refunds or credit for incorrect purchases therefore please do ask questions prior to purchase. If a credit note has been issued, the credit must be used within 90 days of the credit being raised.

We reserve the right to refuse orders if we are misled as to your company, address or contact details.

We will try to match items as near to the photograph as possible although some items do arrive slightly different. Some of our products are supplied in mixed colours and with different patterns, please read the product description clearly. Should we not have the colour / pattern option chosen an alternative colour / pattern option will be sent unless otherwise stated in the notes section of your order.

We not only aim to keep our cost low but also our carbon footprint low by re-using and recycling all packing materials where possible, which is reflected in our price structure therefore we do not use any fancy packaging. Each item is placed in a re-used packaging and coded.

We are more than happy to reserve stock for you – sometimes we will require a deposit/full payment depending on the items. If you have made full payment we are more than happy to keep your goods here untill your order is complete. Goods that are not paid for you will have 3 working days to complete payment before the stock is relisted back on the website.

We do not sell or trade your personal information to any third party.

Orders under £100 before VAT are subject to courier charges: Orders under £100 excl. VAT are subject to courier charges – see below. UK Mainland Order placed before 10 am should be processed for despatch that day. We aim to deliver within 24-48 hrs, Mon-Fri only. Not including bank holidays. Over £100.00 are free. We can offer a Saturday delivery but costs £10.00 extra to the order total on all orders, this applies to UK mainland only.
