Terms and Conditions:

First order is £100 inclusive of vat.

Please be aware that each item photograph is a sample of the product only. As all of our products are fast moving it is not always possible to up date them on a regular basis therefore alternative colours or designs will be sent.

Please note :- we cannot take new orders from companys that trade only on amazon or e bay as we have a high volume of customers who trade here    

All goods are checked before being dispatched- The Indian Connection take no responsibility for any goods damaged in transit. Any goods damaged in transit will not be replaced or refunded. Should you wish to insure your goods in transit please phone the office for details.

• The report of faulty goods should be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. No goods will be exchanged or credited after 14 days.
• For health and safety reasons no returns are accepted for any pierced earrings or pierced earrings that are part of a jewellery set.
• We do no offer refunds or credit for incorrect purchases therefore please do ask questions prior to purchase. 
• We reserve the right to refuse orders if we are mislead as to your company, and/or address and contact details.
• We will try to match items as near to the photograph as possible- however some items do arrive slightly different and could be sent to customers before a new photograph & description can be changed.
• Should we not have the colour option chosen an alternative colour will be sent unless otherwise stated in the notes section of your order.
• A 30% deposit is required on any back orders awaiting goods from India. Please email or phone for the delivery time as this will vary depending on the item required.
• Items can be held in our dispatch room for a period of 1 week only after that time a 30% deposit is required to secure the goods.
• We not only aim to keep our cost low but also our carbon foot print low by re-using and recycling all packing materials where possible, which is reflected in our price structure therefore we do not use any fancy packaging.  Each item is placed in a re-used plastic bag and coded, however we do have our own Euro tags for the jewellery should you wish these items to be tagged please do mention this in your notes section when ordering. 
• Orders under £150 before vat are subject to courier charges (please see below.)
• All orders that require the shipment to be calculated by weight ie: worldwide/Ireland, will be subject to a £30 handling fee if the order is then cancelled and the goods have to be returned to the shelf.  The holding time on the shelf is 3 days from the date of order.
• The use of our photographs is prohibited without prior permission to do so.
• We work on a cash and carry basis only NO credit.
• We do not sell or trade your personal information to any third party.
• Viewing our warehouse is by appointment only so please do ring prior to a visit. 

Orders under £150 excl. VAT are subject to courier charges - see below. UK Mainland Order placed before 10 am should be dispatched that day. We aim to deliver within 24-48 hrs, Mon-Fri only. Not including bank holidays. At an extra cost we can offer a Saturday delivery. Please ring the office for the extra cost.

We have changed courier company we are now with Interlink Express which means you do not have to spend all day waiting for your parcel, if you provide us with either an email address or a mobile number you will be contacted directly from interlink with a one hour delivery-time slot. 

Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Europe & Rest of The World (Including Southern Ireland) This depends upon the exact content of the order which we need to pack to calculate the shipping. Once we have calculated the shipping you will be contacted to confirm the cost. Do contact the office if you have any questions regarding this matter, please note that no money is taken before we have your confirmation. Below is an example of a recent international order France - 1 box weighing 16 kg = £22.00
